Digital Products Policy Due to the nature of digital goods (gaming cards, gift codes, and software keys), all sales are final. Once a digital code has been delivered or displayed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Exceptions

  • Faulty Codes: If a digital code is proven to be invalid or non-functional at the time of delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours. We will verify the code with the provider and issue a replacement if the error is on our end.

  • Non-Delivery: If you have paid for a product and did not receive it due to a technical error, a full refund or immediate delivery will be provided after verification.
